4- Complete the details of the new vehicle

4- Choose:

  to edit | to delete

1- Enter the app and go to “Preferences”.

2- Select “Change password”

3- Enter the old and new password.

1- Click on “Forgot my password”

2- Enter your email as your username

3- Check your inbox for our code 

4- Enter code

5- Choose a new password

Please note:

The password must have at least:

  • 2 special characters
  • 2 uppercase
  • 2 lowercase
  • 2 numbers

Payments:

Subscriptions are linked to the vehicles that were previously loaded. If you load a new vehicle, you must select a new subscription for that vehicle.

You will be automatically unsubscribed when deleting the subscribed vehicle.

When loading a new car and choosing a subscription, the system will ask you for the payment method. There you can place the desired promo code.

If you are in an emergency, you should only request a tele-mechanic.

On the other hand, if you want to access our other services, you must book an appointment through the app. There you can find the slots available for your service.

Yes, each car has its own subscription so you can have as many as you want as long as you add new vehicles!

At the moment we only support cars. We are working to expand our services to new types of vehicles.

Yes! You can always access our pre-purchase services for free. Take advantage and check all the cars you want. 

To access, simply choose not to register any vehicle, this way you will not pay the subscription. Keep in mind that you will not be able to access any of the other services.
